We want you to love SULT - but if it’s not working out, we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Can I return my order?
Yes - we accept returns on unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
Due to the consumable nature of our sachets (and hygiene standards), we can’t accept returns on any boxes that have been opened.
What about opened or part-used packs?
Once a box has been opened, we’re unable to offer a refund - even if only one sachet has been used. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations for consumable goods.
How do I request a return?
Drop us a message at orders@drinksult.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you return instructions. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or faulty.
My order arrived damaged or faulty.
We’re really sorry. If anything’s not right, email us at orders@drinksult.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it - fast.
Can I get store credit instead?
Absolutely. If you'd prefer store credit over a refund, let us know when you contact us.
